2. My experience today with Choice Plus Benefits was awesome. John and Jennifer were very knowledgeable and helpful. Insurance is very confusing, but John was able to simplify everything that I needed to know. He compared all plans so that I could make a decision that was best for me. Very friendly atmosphere and very friendly people actually made this a pleasant experience that I had been dreading.

3. After becoming extremely dissatisfied with my current supplement carrier, I began my search for a replacement policy. After three week of intense searching, talking, and reading, I received an e-mail from Choice Plus Benefits, and was very impressed to the extent of making an appointment to come in a review my particular needs to see if they had a plan that would be right for me. Mr. Stamper was extremely knowledgeable about Medicare and the interaction between Medicare, the medical industry, the supplement insurance company which I found helpful in determining what policy would best suit my needs. Of all the representatives of the supplement companies that I visited, Choice Plus was by far the most enlightening, knowledgeable and helpful.

I was planning a change in my medicare supplemental insurance policy, when I happened to get a call from John Stampers office, inviting me to drop by and discuss any needs I might have for insurance. I found the whole staff at Choice Plus Benefits to be friendly and competent After a short visit with John, I could see that he knew his business, and would find the best plan for me,which he did. I found John to be trustworthy, knowledgeable, and efficient, . I have been back to fill in life insurance and home care. At my age of 87, John was able to find an affordable life insurance policy for me . Since John represents many different companies, he is sure to find a plan that fits every need. I am sold on John.

5. Considering I am a single woman with no ‘go-to’ for advice. I was in need of some real HELP. My deadline of December 7 was fast approaching. I know I searched the Internet for information, but it was blind luck (or perhaps a “God Thing”) that Jennifer called me one day. I hate sales calls and I remember treating her quite rudely as I absolutely did not remember Choice Plus and John as being one of 2 companies the Texas Insurance Commission had given me for Supplemental Insurance. Jennifer was quick to accept my sincere apology for uncalled for rudeness and set an appt. for me to talk directly with John. She called me to remind me of the appointment, emailed me directions and even met me at the door to escort me to their office. John was ready. He had a great Power Point Deck (which I could appreciate) but getting to know me, he quickly read what was important to me and would meet my wants and needs -which (luckily) eliminated a lot of slides. A real professional doesn’t give you information you don’t need or want. It was obvious he understood ME and he worked to exceed my needs. Within a short amount of time I left the office totally confident I had made the right decision. Regardless of what the situation was, I know one thing for sure–I will finally sleep well tonight knowing that I have made the right decision. It should reduce my stress level 100%. However, I am sure by morning, I will find something else to worry about. I am just that kind of person. A person with a passion for excellence in Customer Service and it is just something that preys on my mind all the time. With more people like Jennifer and John, we’d all see a far better world in which to live. Give them a call. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

6. I approached Mr. Stamper for supplemental insurance last month. He is extremely knowledgeable of the insurance industry and can make the decision-making process very comfortable. I am not the type of person to make “overnight” decisions lightly and I certainly want to know that I am doing business with someone who is knowledgeable, has a high level of customer service, and will be there for me when necessary. John gave me the needed information to “examine” the different providers so that I could make the proper decision. I am totally confident with my decision and so pleased that he made the journey more palatable.
