Medicare Supplements

Medicare is a federal health insurance program for people 65 or older, Medicare was never designed to cover all costs, below are plans you should consider to complete your coverage. Medicare Supplement Insurance can help you fill in some of the “gaps” that Medicare won’t pay. There are 12 standardized Medicare Supplement Insurance plans, labeled “A” through “L”. Each plan offers a different combination of benefits. Four plans, F, J, K, and L offer a high-deductible option.

Plans:

  1. Advantage Plans: Features include full coverage for doctors and hospital, preventive coverage, prescription coverage, Dental, Vision. Has a co-pay but offer the lower cost available with the maximum amount of coverage.
  2. High Deductible Plan: These plans are available to those who are VERY healthy looking for low cost features with the safety of traditional coverage.
  3. Plans K & L: These Plans mix with traditional plans with co-pay and deductibles, offering lower cost with low exposure to medical bills.
  4. Traditional Medicare Plan: A through F – These plans offer full coverage at very modest rates. Depending on your choice of issue age* or attained age plans*
  5. Individual Prescription Plan: We hand selected five of the big companies and offer only the finest plans available.

* Issue Age - Designed to keep rates stable by locking in your age when you purchase your plan.

* Attained Age - Designed with cost in mind. The lowest possible cost with the maximum amount of coverage.

* RECOMMENDATION:

Buy what you can afford to keep for the rest of your life, look for companies that have been in Medicare Markets for 10 years or longer.
